Amazing day

Well what can we say about the little super star Ernie, we all had confidence in him running a big race but to finish second in the 2000 Guineas was just amazing and what dreams are made of.

Ernie cool as a Breeze set off at 9am with Harry Teal at the wheel accompanied by Georgie who was leading him up and Sophie who came to support, he went through the whole day without a care in the world and produced an amazing effort to the delights of many that had come to support him and backed him at 50-1 or bigger ?

Sunday he spent the day in the paddock with his best pal Basil wondering what all the fuss was about.

Royal Ascot and the St James Palace stakes is his next target.

Diamond Express ran a great race on the Friday to finish 2nd at Chepstow under John Fahy, she jumps well but is just slow into stride so always has to play catch up, it was nice to see her running on strongly and there’s definitely a race in her.

Agincourt Reef ran at Ludlow tonight with regular rider Harry Teal having to ride for his boss at Fakenham Harry Cobden took the ride, having travelled well he then sulked going down the back then ran on again up the home straight to finish 5th he will be winning again soon.

Rest of the week a bit quiet with Swot holding an entry at Nottingham on Saturday.
